04. Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes provided are estimates and are subject to change based on real-time conditions such as fuel surcharges, port congestion, or customs
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation and agreed payment terms.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipment details.

05. Shipping Terms

• All freight is handled according to Incoterms® (latest edition).
• Risk and responsibility transfer as per the agreed shipping terms.
• Any delays due to customs, port strikes, weather conditions, or force majeure events are not the responsibility of TrackGo.

06. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due as per the agreed terms (typically net 15 or net 30 days).
• Late payments may incur penalties or result in service suspension.
• All payments must be made in the agreed currency and method.

07. Cargo Insurance

• Insurance is not included unless explicitly requested and confirmed in writing.
• We recommend all cargo be insured, especially for high-value or sensitive shipments.
• Marine Insurance Coordination services are available as an add-on.

08. Liability Limitations

• Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in the applicable Bill of Lading and international conventions (e.g., Hague-Visby Rules).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages unless caused by proven negligence or willful misconduct.
